A rare example of an early 1900s american architect's table. The base is in oak and is in good original condition and colour.  Has cast iron turning handles.  Fitted with an aged zinc top.  This would make a unique kitchen island / dining table . Mid 20th century cast iron industrial base with an aged zinc top with copper rivet detail.
The base has been sympathetically polished so that the old faded layers of paint can still just be seen in places, adding to its unique character.
Would make an unusual feature desk .

Newly designed, steel framed  table.  It has a steel frame with a wood insert as seen in the pictures here.
